Despite being ranked high enough, Jamie Baker is not playing US Open Qualies for some reason. Strange seeing as he has been playing the USTA Challengers.
Ward and Goodall are in. Oli Golding might get a WC.

I will stand corrected but I was under the impression that the previous years' junior champion always gets a WC into qualifying.
As for Jamie, very strange and more than a little disappointing.
By the agreement between the ITF and the Slams all junior slam winners are automatically reserved a wildcard for the following year's qualifying into the main event. However occasionally, like Luke Saville at Wimbledon, they don't make it into the draw for one reason or another. So if Oli wants to be in the US Open qualifying draw, is fit and avoids Luke's administrative blunder (entering a clashing Futures event) then he will be given a wildcard.
Seems like a strange decisions, the rewards both points wise and financial are pretty high. i'm sure he must have a reason though, is there another event on he is going to?
