El Mihdawy 2nd serve % is woeful at 29%, whilst Boggo's is stunning at 63%. That's the difference.

Jamie broke for 5-4 and served for the match but broken to love including his 1st double fault of the match.

 

Reid held to 30 then Jamie went 0-40 on serve, saved first two match points but not the 3rd.
