I can see the logic in it. Yes, he's a flat-track bully but he's picking up more points than he would likely do in Challengers right now.

 

Winning a 15K is more or less equivalent to a Challenger SF in terms of points, a 10K win a QF - and when was the last time Josh managed a Challenger QF, never mind a SF?

Didn't realise how many points you got for 15k's.

 

Maybe its better for him to mix them up a bit more then? Other than the grass season I can;t remember seeing him in a challenger draw or higher recently.

Other than beating Kyle Edmund in Nottingham this year, Goodall has lost his last 11 challenger main draw matches, all in straight sets, although only 1 match was against a lower ranked player.
