When the draw came out, it looked like part 1 of the plan (if it was a plan!) to go over to Dublin and hope to get drawn against similarly- or lower-ranked opponents had worked quite well. Unfortunately, part 2 of the plan (taking advantage of decent draws by actually winning the matches) hasn't gone so well today.
A quick recap of results so far: (thanks to RJA above & Tennis Ireland for updates!)

Keelan: "Went down 6 in the 3rd. Slightly gone. Umpire had a horrific tie break and they all went against me. Really not fun"

Just updated my earlier post with today's new rankings and the latest two results. As you can see from all the s (= losses to lower-ranked players), a bit of a disaster day.
The remaining Brits play R1 tomorrow - updating the rankings for their matches gives:
L32: (1) Josh Goodall WR 226 v Jaime Pulgar-Garcia (ESP) WR 838 L32: (6/WC) Daniel Cox WR 490 v (Q) Nicholas Andrews (USA) 1533 L32: (Q) Aaron Banasik UNR v Barry King (IRL) WR 982 L32: (Q) Harry Meehan WR 1888 v (8) Elie Rousset (FRA) WR 565
L16: Neil Pauffley WR 819 v Cox or Andrews L16: (5) Daniel Evans WR 392 v (Q) Ben McLachlan (NZL) WR 1787

Interesting to know how these 'artificial grass'/carpet courts play, if there similar to the savanna courts at our club, the speed will depend on how long they've been there for and they'll probaby have quite a low bounce so slice is effective, not sure if they'll have sand on them or not as well which can slow it down
Bloody awful day. Only 2 wins out of 7 in the singles and a complete disaster in the doubles.
Evo and Burton weren't even due to play their doubles until tomorrow yet have "lost" by a walkover which raises concerns that one of them picked quite a bad injury.
