Laura and Dom are through to the 3rd round. Beating the defending champions Benesova and Melzer in 3.

Plus Melanie South and Ken Skupski beat the 14th seeds - 6/4 7/5 :)

Excellent effort by Dominic and Laura, outplaying the defending champions in the decider. Laura still hasn't been broken in mixed doubles yet which is an impressive statistic.

Mel & Ken play Hev & Ross's conquerors, the 3rd seeds Zimonjic & Srebotnik.

Laura & Dom could yet play Flembo & Hsieh, but bizarrely the completion of their R1 match was scheduled 5th on court and didn't get played, so they are a round and a half behind.

Just realised there were mixed doubles threads on both the men's and women's sections of the forum, the latter with only 3 posts (now the last 3 posts on this thread before this one), so I've merged them.

Colin and Su-Wei are first on court 6 on Monday to complete their first round match and all being well fourth on court 18 for their second round match.

Ken and Mel to play their third round "not before 5:00 PM" court TBC

Well done Robglot/Inson (not sure which sounds bestconfuse). They seemed to be having fun and getting good results. We always seem to do pretty well in the mixed.
