All direct entries (particularly pleasing for Colin & Ross, I would have thought) - no WCs for the British men at all. Though if they had a limit on the overall number of WCs they were willing to give to the home nation, probably fairer that they all went to the women.

I think if they were going to consider giving us a Wildcard, then it should have gone maybe to Golding.
I believe the mixed entries are made up from on-site entrants only, with just 16 pairs competing. I would've thought that Andy, (and possibly Bally and Anne too) would want to concentrate on the singles only, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Laura teaming up with Colin and perhaps Heather with Jamie.

No way. Oli is the future, and hopefully his Olympic opportunities will come in the future. However, he is currently far off the next in line Brit and for this year you should pick for the present so any men's WC should have gone to James Ward or Jamie Baker, probably James Ward.
I tend to agree that if there was a limit on overall British WCs it was reasonable they went to the women, but it was clear James Ward was a bit gutted.
