So Boggo gets his clay summer under way. From what he has told me he plans to play about 5 futures over the next 6 weeks. He's got some points defences coming up so he needs to be getting some results, but he also needs the matches, he's played so few this year that he is really rusty.

Good to see Boggo giving this a crack. he's so much better than his ranking. I'd likle to see him back top 200 mixing it up with Jamie, James and Josh pushing them all on higher
yeah, although they did get some play in, enough for Alex to drop the 1st set 46. hopefully the overnight break will do him good and he can turn it around.

Either Webb has improved a lot in the last few months or that's a shocker ... but as you say, hopefully a new day will see a turnaround.

yeah it's clear Alex isn't up to 'match speed' right now, looking at this (and i know it's only one lost set) it probably makes sense for him to have missed Eastbourne and even the Wimby QWC play off as you can't see how he'd have made it through.
