You don't thinking kicking a board two inches from the linesman full force is reckless? Wow.

Yes, I probably do, but the legal definition needs him to have considered and ignored the possible consequences of his actions.

Anyway, whilst we have litter-bugs and drivers using bus-lanes, it would be mad to waste police time with this kind of thing.

I was surprised the box wasn't better built, and I suspect so was Nalbandian. When I look at the replays he even tries to put his hand on the official's shoulder to apologise before it's realised that there is actually an injury.

As a player (albeit not anywhere in their league, or anywhere near as competitive), I can understand being frustration. But he's a professional and has been warned before so I think it's right that the ATP should take it further, but NOT the police.

It's good when tennis gets more media coverage, but not like this.

Mad, that's the legal definition of reckless, which is used to determine culpability in such instances as this.

Ps. You'll be perfectly safe with me. My emotional graph flatlined a long time ago.

OK, absolutely nothing to do with Nalbandian.

But it seems Justin Gimelstob, ex-player and ATP Board member (for which he was paid about £300k last year) has been arrested for seriously assaulting some guy, possibly connected to his ex-wife.
