Yes, up about another 50 places into the top 350. She is the 7th Brit to have picked up 100 points since 1 Jan (the others are all of the GB top 6) - 86 of those points have come in the last 5 weeks and 97 of them since 9 April, when she dropped outside the top 600 for a week.
I got into trouble with Lisa (not for the first time LOL) back in April when I mentioned a 5-match losing streak (starting with that shocking turnaround win Amy Bowtell pulled off against her in the Sutton semis in January) - in my defence it was when she had just won to end the losing streak and meant in a "could this be the turning point?" sense, but I can understand why she wouldn't have wanted it mentioned when she wasn't fully back on track.
In hindsight, it definitely was a turning point - she has now won 15 of her last 22 matches, with all the ranking consequences mentioned above

Thanks Steven. Out of the 'lower' ladies, she's the one I really want will do well, onto round 2!
I would particularly like to have seen Ms Webley-Smith do well. Admire her determination and the way she got back to a high ranking after injury. Not to be in this tournament, but hope she does well during the remainder of the grass-court season. Very impressed by Murray match, also.
It still seems to me absolutely ridiculous that there was so much faffing about before she got what seemed such an obvious QWC.
But they got there in the end....
I agree, it can't have been good for her stress levels, or prep. Saying that she's overcome it all and got the W. Only hope we don't find out later that her opponent was injured or something part way though
1 win perhaps a bit disappointing (especially as Tara could easily have made it 2) but always difficult when all our players ranked high enough to be in qualies have a WC to the main draw.
1 win here v 2 in Eastbourne shows you would rather have quality than quantity.
