When was the last all-Brit ATP doubles final?

This will be Ross's 11th ATP Final (4-6), Colin's 7th (4-2, but 2-0 with Ross), Ken's 5th (3-1) and Jamie's 1st.

Colin and Ken lost the 2010 Final here - one of them has got to win this time!

The LTA are claiming it's the first all-GB ATP Final - I wonder if that's true. Definitely the first one in recent memory, but we had some successful doubles pairs (e.g. the Lloyd brothers) in the 1970s.

Fleming/Hutchins take the first set 6-4. This is such a hard one -- would love to see both sides win! Winning would certainly bolster F/H's case for a WC to the Olympics. But it would also be really especially lovely for Jamie to get his first title .... We need "draws" in tennis ....

Rooting for Jamie and Ken, they need the points way more.

Colin and Ross will probably make it into the Olympics with direct entry, and I can't see them not getting a WC even if they don't.

Two breaks to open the second set, and Colin and Ross have just saved 3 breaks points in game 3 to lead 6-4 2-1*.

I was actually half hoping Colin and Ross would lose their first match today to make it an easier final for Jamie and Ken, but at least this way we have a guaranteed British winner.

well done Flemchins

Hard luck Delski - but a great week from them.

In some ways it was such a shame that Delski had to play other Brits - but on the other hand, how great to have both pairs come through to the final.

A good week for both pairings. Agree with OEM's Twitter comment earlier about Delgado and Skupski being consummate professionals -- don't ask for anything, just get on and do the job. Hope they have a brilliant Wimbledon and rest of year.

On a side note, UK juniors won handily over US juniors (6-2) with each member of the UK team (Edmund, Bambridge, Broady, Ashley and Ward-Hibbert) winning at least once.

And just finishing watching a really cracking match between Cilic and Almagro on The Boodles live stream ... gather that the next match is Golding v Monaco?

yes - I saw the youngsters won, but couldn't find a separate thread for them - well done to them.

Forgot about Boodles - have to go out in a minute maybe it will still be on when I get back!

Cheering in a random fashion back at home. But how great it is to be in situation where you're happy with either teams win.
6 inches taller and ten years younger and I have Delgado down to win Wimby !
Well done guys.

If you didn't get back in time, Golding won as well, 6-4, 6-3. Monaco wasn't playing well, but Golding had some really fine tennis ... lovely serves, cracking forehands, and some really nicely judged shots. Very well done.

Between that and Almagro/Cilic (which also had some fine tennis), the Boodles people got their money's worth. Nice that it's live streamed free for those of us who can't quite afford the event itself!
