Based on a quick skim through her ITF activity, this appears to be her opponent's first senior ITF in Europe - she has reached her current ranking through South and Central American events plus one foray to North Africa a couple of years ago.
She is also the younger sister of former world no. 41 (now WR 109) Horacio Zeballos.

That should of course have had an "outside the UK" in it, Jade Windley having won Bournemouth, which I somehow failed to put on the titles list (and even more shockingly, nobody had corrected me on it since )
