i know this is a bit of a random question but is anna fitzpatrick andrews twin sister? i see they both have exactly the same birthdays. I am just curious
No, they're not siblings or related in any way. Just one of those curious co-incidences!
lol what are the odds on that! same surname, both british, same birthdays
... plus same initial and both were the no. 5 seeds in the singles draw in Bournemouth a couple of weeks ago.
Very impressed at stevemcqueen getting the tournament office to call him back. Was it a case of 'call me back when you have a result or I'll pester you every 5 minutes for the rest of the day' ... or are they just big fans of The Great Escape?

lol mabye they really are related just keeping it a secret!
Steven, I think Dan is on about having 100 followers on Twitter. If you look down his tweets, he and Jack Carpenter were having the discussion on Tuesday. Might be wrong.

Nope! Just an absolutely incredible coincidence (or they share a mother who's discovered the secret of being in two places at once! ): Anna Fitz is from Sheffield & Andrew from Birmingham.
Yes, a shame for Fitzy but another good week and now, hopefully, a chance for his hand to get better properly.
Dan has just told Phil the Final starts at 1 (and I think Phil is going to go along to watch it - he may confirm here himself or may be in a rush to leave!)
Both finalists have points to defend next week, but I make it that:
- if Dan wins, he'll definitely be back in the top 400 (at the moment, he might be but it's touch and go) - if Oli wins, he'll be the first of the current crop of teenagers to crack the top 500
