"Not sure if this is indoors or out. It says clay on the scoreboard, does this mean I can bet and claim a refund if I lose based on mis-information?"

According to the website they do have some American Clay courts indoors.

Rain is going to disrupt play today ... do they have indoor courts at Bournemouth?

I think they played some of the early qualifying matches indoors. They already have half a round's backlog with the men with rain forecast for every day this week, so it'll be interesting to see what they decide to do. A challenging week to be the tournament referee!

I am about 5 miles west of Bournemouth and some of my colleagues are building an ark!

Don't expect any outdoor play any time soon.

The ark turned out to be premature.  The rain has stopped in east Dorset but there is still a gusty wind.

Yes, but they're at West Hants Tennis Club, not Bournemouth Gardens.

Yes, http://www.itftennis.com/procircuit/tournaments/men%27s-tournament/info.aspx?tournamentid=1100026360

Bournemouth Garden Tennis Centre only has 5 outdoor courts and none are Clay.
