Great result for Phillips and in style too.

Olaso was serving for the match at 6-5 in the final set, leading 40-15. Phillips then won seven consecutive points, saving two match points and went on to win the tiebreak.

They've met twice before, both other times on Spanish clay too - Morgan won in straight sets in 2008, Granollers won 5 & 5 last year.
