Keelan got Oliver. I'll repeat/amend SC's post with up to date rankings, hope she doesn't mind.

L32: (1) Richard Bloomfield WR 365 vs Alexandros Jakupovic (GRE) WR 770 (CH 464 in 2009)
L32: (Q) James Ireland UNR vs (Q) George Giotopoulos (GRE) UNR
L32: (Q) Oliver Hudson WR 1080 vs (Q) Keelan Oakley WR 1879
L32: (Q) Miles Bugby WR 1507 v (Q) George von Massow (GER) WR 1062

Edit: and yes, those new ITF drawsheets are confusing - though at least they've put the country code on it for R1 as well now. Pity clicking on player links and H2H links fails more and more often though. (one step forward, ten steps back seems to be the way at the moment cry)

Oliver, James and Keelan all qualified today (via tweets from the first and last of those three)

Good news but shame for Miles (he was due to be at my local club's Open Day on Saturday to play an exhibition match but withdrew to play Greece!)

Keelan's quote included "bugs" too, to make it "4 from 4".

He said "Beat the german 2 and 0 so qualied. Decent. @olliealexhudson qualied too. Here we go bugs and @JamesIreland93 make it 4 from 4 boys" which I took to mean that he and Oliver had qualified and Miles and James were yet to play and he was hoping they'd make it 4/4. We'll know for sure soon enough anyway.

Keelan is playing Hudson. I think SC has been tricked by the ITF drawsheet.

1)  Sorry if I misled anyone.  It wasn't intentional.  I was short of time (supposed to be working again! wink ), so used the rankings on the ITF site.  I take it they're not quite as up-to-date as those on the ATP site?

2)  No, I don't mind.  I'd far rather have accuracy.

3)  The ITF draw sheets are so bloody confusing, I'm not even remotely surprised that I screwed up! ashamed  I've lost count of the number of times since they changed the format that I've stopped myself from posting the wrong pairing (in fact, nearly had Miles playing Falcão in R1, but spotted that one in time!), so it was bound to happen sooner or later.    They're also infuriating in that, if you click on a player's name in the draw sheet for details or whatever, when you try to go back  to the DS, you end up back at the bloody home page!  Why did they have to make it so bleedin' complicated?  What's wrong with nice, simple PDFs? confuse  So much easier to read, even if they don't provide internal links to this, that & the other.  The ITF's trying to be too clever for its own bloody good, IMHO. furious

Don't worry, I'm sure everyone realises it wasn't intentional. I can't remember now how the old version of the ITF site managed to have H2H links without making all the pairings look one out at first sight, but I'm sure it wasn't as bad as this.

The ITF always tended to take a day or so to catch up with each new set of rankings (I tended to use the steveg list for the first couple of days each week - the simple text form is still available at http://www.stevegtennis.com/12atprank.htm if you want to bypass the new steveg home page which has changed similarly to the way the ITF site has changed but it, if anything, even more buggy - at least, it slows my computer down even more than the new ITF site does and that's saying something) but they have taken a bit longer to catch up recently.

I can understand why the ATP site puts form over function/usability (even though I wish it didn't), but why the ITF and steveg don't realise that they are never going to attract the most casual fans (the ones who might be seduced by looks) and that their unique selling points were always how easy they made it to access data and how fast they ran, I just don't know. Not just frustrating but very sad too.

Sorry - every time this gets mentioned, I seem to be unable to resist going off on a rant ... but that's because the new ITF site slows me down at least a dozen times a day at the moment for no apparent benefit. furious
