Anne has never done very well in Indian Wells or Miami which is surprising given that they are hardcourt events, but maybe the windy conditions has something to do with it, she does love the perfect stillness of indoor events afterall...

Laura did very well to keep holding serve in that set - a few of those games she was under pressure and her first serve % is pretty low but she has done well on the big points so far.

Laura breaks to 15 in the ninth game of the second set , survives BPs in the tenth but is eventually broken to 40:  5-5*! cry
