Funnily enough i spoke with him about the possibility of playing weaker tournaments to get his ranking up etc, but he just said 'you've got to play with the big boys at some time'

and to an extent i agree, but i personally feel that a compromise can be found, after all you need to be in the big events to play to the big boys (most of the time)
