I'd hoped that, by going away & having my shower & washing my hair, Dino would somehow get his arse in gear & start fighting back, but no, he loses ignominiously by 1 & 2. Hope there's a credible explanation for that sorry capitulation...
Looks like there is, at least to some extent.
I tweeted: "Wardy's losing streak since qualifying for the AO now up to 6 as he goes down 1&2 to Maxime Authom BEL WR 212. He's better than this"
... and Judy Murray (who's there) replied: "they r playing hurricane tennis and the other bloke's a bit better at it"

that's a shame for James, tough start to the year continues. hopefully he will find some form soon, obviously he has a lot to defend over the summer so the pressure will soon be ramping up.

Illness in I/Wells has caused court change. Vania king v Kerber cancelled (King has the stomach bug affecting many out there including Monfils). Garrigues v Goerges moved to Stadium 2.
Flemchins v Murrays now 3rd on Ct 7.
Granllers has just beaten Haas. Next up Verdasco v Sweeting and then the Brits Doubles duel.
Colin and Ross have won the first set 6-3. I hope they do win the match - it should solve any problems about DC selection, and if Andy is to play DC he should not have to play 3 days just to get his brother in. While I'm not a follower of doubles I'm all for the permanent doubles players winning.
