The higher-ranked players certainly aren't having it all their own way today, with Bloomers & Eaton losing and Torebko & Goodall both losing sets - the 3 remaining wild cards all putting up a good show and a really excellent win for Fitzy (defending his QF points from last year) given the form Bloomers has been in.
Never good to see Richard or Chris lose of course - mixed feelings are the risk you run when there are so many Brits in one tournament!
Anyway, I fancied Bloomers to stop Torebko's Brit-bashing antics, which means even more reason to hope Fitzy gets the revenge he wants

Ah, what a pity for Fitzy. He sesmed to really fight in that 3rd set after the second set was so clearly lost, certainly one or two fights on his serve from what folk have posted.
And Torebko clearly saved the 2 MPs with aces rather than Fitzy missed anything on these points, so he has nothing to reproach himself on there.
It must feel really bad when you have had MPs, but when they are on your opponent's serve it is at best odds against and often quite out of your control.
