Yes, his first (ranked) match since the Loughborough Challenger in November.

Chris held serve 11/11 times in his match and broke Reinwein at the end of each set before serving out.

Yes, a big win for Whitbread, which means half (11/22) of the Brits got through (c.f. 9 expected based on rankings) and a guaranteed semi-finalist from the 3rd quarter
