And I think the Yanks that turned out to see their beloved Jack Sock are going to be a wee bit disappointed to find he is not playing and it is indeed the Belgians at t'other end of the court.

QF: Steve Darcis & Olivier Rochus vs (3) Colin Fleming & Ross Hutchins
The draw sheets shows Monroe and Sock as their opponents.
I was going by the live scoreboard, which, as noted by JC, shows Darcis & Rochus as the winners by 6-7(10) 6-3 [10-2], as does the Completed results section of the ATP site. I'll grant you that the draw sheet shows Monroe & Sock as the winners, but it also gives the score as 7-6(10) 3-6 [2-10], which to me contradicts the contention that Monroe & Sock won it! However, today's OoP does have Col & Ross down to play them in the opening match on Court 1! Now totally & utterly !
Colin & Ross are now the only seeded pair left in the draw: the top seeds, the Bryans, lost overnight to Big Ivo & Franky Moser by 6-4 4-6 [4-10], while Michal Mertinak ( ) & André Są did for Mark Knowles & Xavier Malisse (4) by 7-6(4) 6-4. Dare we hope...?
Are the top doubles teams they are quite likely to meet if they get into IW and Miami generally not rather more conventional ?
Must admit I'm no expert on doubles, just imagined that the top teams were generally more conventional pretty big serving net players or is there quite a range ?
