Evo's serving stats were tremendous

68% of first serves in

88% of points won on first serve

65% of points won on second serve

As for the 18 missed BPs, Martin served aces on at least 6 of them and so probably just one of those days. A couple of years ago (maybe even a year ago) Evo would have let his frustration at missing so many chances get the better of him so while him failing to take any of them is hardly a positive his reaction to it is a very good sign of where his head is.

I'd rather see Evo miss 18/18 bps and win in straights than Sean break and serve for the set only to lose the next 3 games ending with a double fault. Ooer
