Nicola struggling to hold her service went 1-4 down in the 3rd before fighting back to 4-4. She saved a match point at 4-5, broke to go 6-5 up only to lose her own service again, tie break time.

Ferro is just 14 (though will be 15 next month) and was the French under 12 champion a couple of years ago. She beat Lana Rush this week on her way to the Final of a junior event in Oslo.
