There are probably more errors on drawsheets than we know about and most players probably don't complain unless the result is the wrong way round. I doubt they often get a whole set wrong but Liam can hardly have got the number of sets wrong LOL

Now if someone knew that Sakharov had won, but was mistakedly in possesion of the overnight score rather than the final score, and only half looked at it, or took it that it meant "6" rather than "0"...
I guess as Steven says there are probably quite often mistakes due to various miscommuncations and confusions.
