Good stuff from JoKo    That's quite a turnaround from that last match with Davis ( which was on clay ) and indeed within this match.  After the first set, she was 18 - 2 down in games to Davis this year so that showed a bit of belief to come back like that !

Must have a very decent chance in her semi, and there is just one seed left, (6) Wienerova (SVK ) WR 233 in the other semi.

A semi final win should take JoKo up to just outside the top 250 and if she was to win the whole thing she would be challenging her CH of WR 239 from April last year.

Its on radiotennis.com as well, Jo dominating with her forehand according to Ken Thomas. Russian girl also had an injury timeout, but it doesn't appear that she is overly affected by her injury.

She was perhaps a bit nervous trying to serve it out and got broken after at least 3 match points, but then broke easily, as was expected, to take the match.

Very pleased for her and wish her all the luck tomorrow in the final.
