Liam is defending 8 points from the equivalent week last year, and if he didn't score this week would drop out of the top 25 table. Can't have that !
Actually it would be good to see Liam showing some real singles form. For the last 6 months or so, basically since his Wimbledon successes at both senior and junior level, I'd suggest that his singles results generally can't have been as good as he would have liked.
Hopefully Olly's opponent will be so engrossed in whatever e-book he's reading and will take his eye off the ball.
Someone came up with the same one last week just before he beat Josh Goodall in Nußloch ...
Kindlmann has been WR 130, though it was a few years ago.
Yellowfin is 0-8 against Brits, so hopefully Liam will make some progress. I thought dropping to 2nd LB in the top 25 table (behind Lewis Burton) was as bad as it was going to get (though Lewis has made impressive progress in Futures, I'd say), didn't even think that he might drop out altogether!

L32: (JE) Oliver Golding WR lost to Dieter Kindlmann (GER) WR 577 by 7-6 4-6 6-0
Apart from the final set, a decent effort from Oli against the former world no. 130, who was injured in the latter part of 2011 but beat Josh Goodall in straight sets last week.
Oli: "Lost 67 64 06! Served for the 1st set twice and had 3 set points. Played really well 1st 2 sets but poor 3rd against a good player. #gone"
