Fancy Eaton/Inglot for the title here, no outstanding pairs in the draw by the looks of it

Good shout.

Wow haha! What a match!!! Excellent win and excellent tournament for them!

Like Wolf said, saving match points in their first round to winning 19-17 in the final, quite incredible! Career changing weeks these

Sensational tennis. All four guys were amazing.

Remember Dom/Chris came back from 5-9 down in the MTB in their first round match so to win the tournament from there is just a fantastic effort.

Certainly not gonna forget that MTB in a hurry.  Immsense performance.  So happy.  Combined WR should be about 420 now.  Another 4 months of progression should see them in Wimbledon.  With their game, that should be an opportunity!...  Getting carried away, I know, but I genuinely feel this pairing could be something special

I'd certainly say quite a way to go in that regard.  But it's great to see Dom back fit and if he has a permanent renewed partneship with Chris I'd say they are certainly well capable of each getting within the top 100 of the doubles rankings.  Would be good to see that and where they might go from there.

Will be interesting to see if they commit to playing doubles where they are clearly at challenger level and probably capable of going higher. In some ways it is a no brainer but there will be obvious implications for Eaton's singles career.

There's an obvious question begging to be asked, but Spud might be watching. wink

Yes, I'd agree with that.  Chris to about WR 175 and Dom to about WR 208.

If they stick together, I'd certainly expect them to be getting a MD WC for Wimbledon  ( assuming they don't go mad and earn a place by right  smile )

You weren't far out, Indy:  Chris is now WR 173 (+38) & Dom WR 207 (+91!). biggrin
