Wow  disbelief

Viola may have been stringing Lajovic along before orchestrating his comeback, but still...

Let's hope James comes out on better form tomorrow, it's a match he really should be winning.

Btw, apparently Dusan Lajovic was 5-0 *40-0 up in the 3rd set against Matteo Viola but the Italian won 8 of the next 9 games to triumph 6-2 6-7(6) 8-6 - ouch!

I think he was actually 5-0 and had love 0-40 on Viloa's serve.

That was very good Indy, but don't harp on about it.

This has got legs, lets see who's next to take up the baton.

Hopefully the rain coming when it did might be a blessing - he can regroup overnight and come out fresh in the morning (or whenever the match is resumed)

JW breaks to lead *3-2 having missed a bp opportunity earlier in the 2nd set

then holds for 4-2*

40-40 40-A 40-40 40-A 40-40 40-A 40-40 A- ICH holds *4-3 (3 bps missed in that game)

currently ICH 2/2 on bps while JW is 3/14

15-40 30-40 40-40 40-A JW broken 4-4* (saved 2 bps before finally losing a 3rd)

15-30 30-30 40-30 40-40 A- 40-40 A- ICH holds *4-5

40-0 JW holds 5-5*

0-30 15-30 30-30 40-30 40-40 A- ICH holds *5-6

40-15 40-30 40-40 A- JW holds 6-6

0-1 2-1 2-2 *3-2 (mini-break) *4-2 5-2* 6-2* (min-break) *6-3 JW takes set 7-3

JW holds 1-0*

scoreboard gone slightly crazy, currently giving ICH's points but not JW's. No clue as to the number of games won by either player.

best guess is that ICH held then JW saved bp(s) before holding but that might be incorrect. ICH was stuck on 40 for a long time then went to 00.

ICH serving: stuck on OO for a long time. now 15. 30. Then went to 00 so I'm assuming JW breaks.

Naturally, all the other matches have functioning scoreboards

Scoreboard finally gets its act together and says 5-0 so I was miles out!

ICH holds 5-1

JW holds 6-1

JW plays Ivo Minar in the 2nd round
