SF:  (3) Miles Bugby & Josh Goodall WR 1287 vs Florian Fallert & Jakob Sude (GER/GER) WR 1919

Interesting that Miles & Josh are seeded third, yet their SF opponents, who saw of the second seeds by 7-5 2-6 [11-9], are more highly ranked. confuse

Very confused by your post    confuse        1287 is much more highly ranked than 1919, and those figures do tie in with their individual doubles rankings at 02.01.12.  Strange  smile

An unranked quarter-finalist makes me nervous. Mind you he's played a Wildcard and a LL so far.

I'm aware of that, but if you hadn't posted that, I wouldn't even have bothered to dignify JL's post with a response!  For the record, there were extenuating circumstances:  the typo occurred because I changed my mind about which form of the verb to use.  I'd originally used the  imperfect, then decided to switch to the preterite & simply forgot to amend the spelling because I was in a tearing hurry to log off & leave the office to catch my regular train home! wink
