Two LL places were available but after the 2nd & 3rd seeds lost too, Josh was the third in line for one. That does mean he will get one if anyone pulls out during R1 though.

Jonny and Jamie won 10-4 in a MTB and got through despite losing more points than their oponents.

Full result for J & J:

R1:  (4) Jamie Delgado & Jonny Marray defeated Kenny de Schepper & Stéphane Robert (FRA/FRA) by 6-7(3) 7-6(4) [10-4]

Looks as though it was quite a battle, but at least they came through it! smile

Brown & Kohlmann had a walkover against Ungur & Zeballos in the first round.

It could've been a lot worse, I suppose, but Josh is going to have to play out of his skin to win this one:

Neither of the other LLs survived the first round (though, arguably, Zverev was in with a chance against T Nieminen, a qualifier), but if he does, it'll be Daniel Brands (WR 137) in the second round... hmm

Josh has held to love in 3 of his first 6 service games but Lorenzi got the lone break in the 1st set - 4-6 *1-1
