Josh seems to be struggling to capitalise on the breaks he engineers (or maybe the Finn's just proving too tenacious!): he broke in the second set, only to concede it in the very next game! 2-2*
Josh comes back from a break down to lead on service by 6-5* in the first set against Delbonis.
In the two matches played so far, the lesser seeds have overcome their more highly ranked opponents (T Nieminen (6) vs Zverev (2) & Martin (5) vs Struff (3)). Here's hoping Josh can keep that sequence going.

But he gets an early break in the second: *1-0. Can he hang on to level the match?
To answer my own question, no, he couldn't: he lost the second set by 3-6 & with it the match, which made Delbonis the only player to buck the trend of seeds losing the lower-ranked players in the qualies!
