L32: (WC) Toby Martin WR 1056 v (WC) Rhys Michael Johnson (AUS) WR 1348

Johnson is the young Aussie (17yo last Monday) who beat Gabb 7-6 in the 3rd last month.

No, I can't work out why he got a WC here - he was 3rd Alt and Richard was 1st Alt so when they weren't in the qualifying draw, I assumed they have had both scraped in directly.

Hopefully this will give Toby a lot of confidence. Lemke's record in Australian futures is superb. Hopefully will be a landmark win for him and he can follow it up by beating Venus.

Probably Toby's best week in Futures though ... and his best month too when you add in the win against Ehara in Happy Valley.
