Jamie Baker is a direct entrant here. The other two Brits are both seeded in the same qualifying section:

QR1: (q4) Alex Bogdanovic WR 322 v Alexander Domijan (USA) WR 742 (CH 541 in 2010)
QR1: (q7) Chris Eaton WR 354 v Lee Hsin-Han (TPE) WR 558 (CH 541 in Aug)

Boggo beat Domijan 7-6(3) 6-2 at Charlottesville qualifying 2 weeks ago.

Former world no. 172 Luka Gregorc also lurks in this section.

good start by alex, hopefully he's feeling refreshed after a few days off.would be nice to end the year on a high. seems like no live scores here tho :( maybe they will kick in for the md.

Gregorc has a weird record against Brits over the last 2 years:

2010 - he lost to Colin Fleming but beat James Ward
2011 - he beat Dan Smethurst and Jamie Baker but lost to Marcus Willis

L32: Jamie Baker WR 284 v Qualifier

The bad news is that if he wins, Jamie could meet his Knoxville QF and SF opponents a round earlier than he did there, i.e. Russell is likely to await in R2 and Baker is in the same quarter.

Chris lost in straights, 7-6(0) in the 2nd. Not been the best trip for him points wise, very little doubles action either.

got so used to have live scores at challengers now, it's like being back in the old days waiting for sets to update, still i guess even that is a million times better than checking MTF/ATP for updates.

by the by talking as we previosuly were of bad luck in the draw this is the 3rd consecutive event that Raven Klassen has drawn Michael Russell in the 1st Rd. what are the odds of that!!!!
