How tremendous, not just to save all these MPs yesterday, but to come out again the next day and make even more capital out of that escape, coming from a set down to beat the number one seed. Russell is a hardened competitor and top 100 player.

It's the one remaining seed or a Baker battle in the semis :

i.e. (6) Uladzimir Ignatik (BLR) WR 171 OR (Q) Brian Baker (USA) WR 666

I think Brian Baker may be a bit of a devil to play this week wink

That's a fabulous win especially having the determination to come back from a set down against a top 100 player after yesterday's exertions. Must be particularly sweet given that Russell ended two of Jamie's best runs in Challengers back in 2007.

There could be an all-Baker SF (v qualifier Brian Baker) but it's more likely he will face 6th seed Ignatik.
