Dan breaks in the 5th game and will serve at *3-2 in the 3rd set.

Yo Fitzy!!!  Nice break back ...

4-4 and then Dan breaks so will serve for the match at *5-4 in the 3rd.

Wonder if Fitzy can break him again ... managed to get to deuce, Ad Cox, deuce again, Ad Fitzy and he breaks back.

5-5 and Fitzy to serve.

Bloomers has had about an hour in the locker room already waiting to know which of these 2 will play him 'after suitable rest' so he must be loving watching the pair of them thrash it out for 2hrs.

And another break.

Dan gets another chance to serve for the match at *6-5.

Fitzy made him work for it.  Looked like it might be all over at 40-15 but F levelled it to deuce.

 

Dan Cox goes through 4'6, 6'0, 7'5 to play Bloomers in FQR.

Nieminen has just double bagelled Artunedo Martinav

Josh Milton takes the deciding set by 6-2 to qualify for the main draw with a 4-6 7-6(5) 6-2 win over plucky young Kyle Edmund.

Dan S somehow staved off a couple of BPs in the eleventh game to retain the advantage, but fails to capitalise on any of several set points in the twelfth, so the first set goes to a tie-break! hmm
