Alicia had lots of deuce games and even break points but couldn't take advantage of any of them against the top seed.

QF: BARNETT, Alicia (GBR) WC UNR lost to VAN UYTVANCK, Alison (BEL) 1 297 0-6 4-6

6 games to Alison, then 4 games to Alicia and then another 6 games go to Alison.
Many games were quite close.
