good news for oli, top seed ryderset pulled out, so if he wins his next match, he would playa qualifier or a wildcard in the quarters

Certainly makes his next match, probably against Bergman, potentially pretty important.

Getting to the QFs just gets you 2 points, but then steps up to 6 points for getting to the SFs. Oli needs to start getting to the later stages, having not so far managed to reach the SFs of a future.

As if you hadn't already guessed which of them it would be:

QF: (4) Dan Smethurst WR 505 v (Q) Pablo Figueroa SWE WR 1263 (CH 604 last year)

Still, it's an early chance to avenge last week's straight sets loss at the same stage.
