As the doubles wasn't available on livestream, I thought some of you might be interested to read the comment from a cyberfriend on another board - a Japanese lady who was at the tournament nearly every day.

"I think Murray was determined to win both singles and doubles here, and that really motivated him. His doubles matches with Jamie were fun, partly because the semi was against two singles players Troicki and Haase (who I thought was pretty good in doublesi, and the final was against the experienced doubles specialists Cermak and Polasek. In the semi, Jamie's mastery in doubles shone through, and in the final, Andy stood out with his serve and attack."
