Excellent win - I must admit, I really didn't expect him to get through today. The win against Waite yesterday really has become proper revenge

The good news is that Morgan has got the Q v Q R1 match:

L32: (Q) Morgan Phillips WR 478 v (Q) Peter Torebko (GER) WR 313

The bad news is that the winner is likely to play top seed and ATP Challenger race leader Rui Machado in R2.

92% 1st serves in - but only 3/11 points won when he does so. He got 4 more points in the fifth game but Torebko eventually held again.
