Anne plays Zhang of Hong Kong and the winner of those matches , guess what play each other in R2.
Tough one for Laura as Wozniak is getting back to her best form so an all GB matchup in R2 is unlikely but it would be intriguing.

But I see Phil is more cautious ( probably rightly so wink ). I thought Wozniak hadn't stood the Brit test too well in recent years.

Wozniak is nothing special though. I find it slightly baffling she almost broke the top 30 or did even at some point. But she is on the rise and playing at home.

I hope Laura is 100% fit but its one she can win

Wozniak is an OK draw for Laura, winnable but potentially tough if Wozniak plays the sort of tennis that made her top 50 - I would say it's 50/50. Similarly I would rate Anne's match as 50/50, she should be favourite but hasn't played much tournament tennis recently due to the WTT and she wasn't convincing last week at Washington.

An Anne v Laura match up would be really interesting, especially because the top four British girls never seem to play each other. One or both always tend to lose when due to meet in the 2nd round.

I'll be up around 4, but not because that match is likely to start about then, though it'll be some consolation for having to start work so early!
