Did anyone mention Chris Eaton's run at Wimbledon as an amount of points obtained.

Was Chris's point before the "double" up?

Chris got 15 points for qualifying and 35 for winning R1 (it would now be 25 + 45), i.e. a total of 50 points, though it did count as 100 within his ranking points total for a few months in 2009 after the 'dodgy doubling' that occurred at the end of 2008.

The Steven is clearly malfunctioning. Both the ATP site and this sites archive show that it was Kolding.

The steven has now self corrected, one of the newer features of the unit.

LOL yes, though the evidence of the last few days is that installing the new self-correcting software has caused bugs elsewhere in my circuitry cry  *chug* *whirr* *pop* *crash* ashamed

I saw that Andrew Foster was mentioned. I was very young when he managed to get to the 4th round. What happened to his career. Why did he do so well at that particular Wimbledon but never win another tour match?

Regarding question on Andrew Foster.

He was pretty good on grass in the days when playing on grass was much faster and very different to other surfaces. There was less tour players who were strong on this surface in those days, so quite a few top 100 players would be beatable.

With the high points gained from Wimbledon he was playing in Tournements (Challengers)that were too strong for him especially the courts he was playing on.
