I was looking at the live rankings on http://live-tennis.eu/ which have James at WR 150.
They can be useful, as are their race figures, but I notice that they have already been adjusted for next week's points movements, so are not really telling us the rankings for this coming Monday.
eg. they have the top players points adjusted for Montreal, and more particularly re James ranking :
seagull's figures correctly show for instance :
Dabul : 326 - 10 + 33 = 349
Ciric : 346 - 5 + 6 = 347
The live rankings site seems to have further adjusted for next week :
Dabul : 349 - 15 + 6 = 340
Ciric : 347 - 9 + 2 = 340
So looks as if seagull's source may have it right. Where does that come from seagull ?
Doh! Just when I had finally become convinced that live-tennis.eu could be trusted! Not that it's wrong of course, just a bit misleading in circumstances like this.
Thanks seagull ... I should never trust sources that don't emanate from here - at least not without going through the figures myself.

Yes, don't know if there is a specific time each week that live-tennis.eu start adjusting for the following week, and hence are no longer an effective guide to the coming Monday. Presumably pretty late in the week / weekend, but I've not followed it enough to know. This week the Montreal adjustments kinda gave the clue.

Thanks seagull ... I should never trust sources that don't emanate from here - at least not without going through the figures myself, though the fact that two people I follow had (seemingly independently) tweeted that James would definitely be in the top 150 if he won increased my false confidence. Of course, they might have both used the sam source and not even allowed for Burquier still being able to overtake. I didn't have time to go through all the figures, so I just checked the ones for the players who were still in.
Lesson learnt ... until next time, anyway LOL
(the reason this appears after Indiana's reply is that I managed to delete the original post when I was trying to edit it - it's really not my weekend LOL)
