Excellent stuff, think he might be into the top 150 now.
E&OE (obviously!) but I think he is 'virtual' world no. 150 now and can only be dislodged if he loses to Ginepri and Burquier beats Beck in the Segovia Final.
That's a really good result in front of Pospisil's home crowd. His third Challenger singles Final (all in North America!), but his second in three weeks!

SF: (5) James Ward WR 174 beat (6) Vasek Pospisil (CAN) WR 186 by 4 & 5
FI: (5) James Ward WR 174 v Robby Ginepri (USA) WR 411
He may be low-ranked now, but Ginepri reached a career high of 15 in 2006, having reached the US Open semis in 2005. The reason he is ranked so low at the moment is because a biking injury kept him out between last year's US Open and the end of June 2011. Since his return but before this week, he had beaten Dabul, Duclos and Haas but lost to Young, Williams, Muller and Lu.
Ginepri also beat James 3 & 5 at Queen's last year

Could be a fairly late night for anyone wanting to follow this. It is third on following the men's doubles final and women's singles final. Play starts at 20:00 BST.
