Fletch break for 5-3 second set after a Sweeting double fault. But Sweeting/Dimitrov get to 15-40 for their first break points of the match. Back to deuce but Dimitrov his a clean forehand return winner through the centre.

And they have the honour of being the only seeded pair to make the quarterfinals. Their half is now looking less interesting than the bottom half, which has Isner/Blake (if they didn't exhaust each other in their singles match) and a Berankis/Malisse v Devvarman/Huey match. Less interesting, one hopes, will be a good thing.

And so it came to pass: a win for Col & Ross by 3 & 1. smile Yank WCs, Drake Bernstein & Kevin King, or Bachinger & Moser in the SF. They should be able to deal with either of those two teams...
