decent result from Boggo, obviously it was always expected that he'd win but he's still got to go out there and do the business. Shame about JB losing in a3rd set breaker. would have been nice to be guaranteed a semi finalist at a 100k after all. obviously we know about Bozo pretty well, he's quite a character, going to be a tough one for Boggo if Bozo's serve is working, (plus its the QF stage, boggo's traditional weak point).

If Boggo were to win tonight, would he be in line for a SE into Lexington or does he have to make the final?
Yes he would be, and even though his match has been scheduled first on today, I doubt he could make it to Lexington on time for qualifying sign-in if he lost (it is 1500 miles away and there are no direct flights), so winning his QF today may be the only way he will be able to play in Lexington at all.

has the Lexington cut dropped at all, it seems bonkers that it's going to have a lower cut off than Aptos or Vanc, although Lexington does seem to be missing out on higher ranked players too so not much of a 'spread'

boggo v bozo is still ongoing as i can see on 'crazy cam'
My laptop's saying "off air"!
Mine too. The journo on the local paper who did that article on Boggo v Young earlier this week has said he'll let me know when he finds out the result, but I get the impression he's at some junior baseball event at the moment so might not get to the tennis until the feature match, which starts after midnight our time.
