I know I am repeating myself here but is it really asking too much of the LTA to try an keep British tennis fans informed of results at a home tournament when we have so many players involved. All they bloody well have to do is tweet the results.
I was there for a couple of hours today so can give a couple of results - sadly wasn't there as long as I had hoped due to not actually bieng able to find the venue!
Kle Edmund lost 6-4 7-6
When I had to leave Alex Ward was leading 7-6 3-5* Goodall was leading T. Far 7-6 2-1* Brassington was traling 2-5*
Should also say that all matches being played indoors - play started at 1.30

Whether it is or it isn't, RJA, I doubt the suits in charge of the LTA care. After all, they're not in the business of keeping us fans informed of results at tournaments which are not blessed with a live score service (i.e. most of them in this God-forsaken country! ) at the earliest practicable opportunity, are they?

Hmm. At the backend of last year I had a very pleasant email discussion with an LTA lady about ( in my view ) the considerable shortcomings with regards to a results service in this country.
She went into some length re such as in some way absolving LTA ( in a way that lost me ) for not having livescores at a challenger and more particularly the improvements that would be coming in the new year, and I think twitter was mentioned ( which at times they do use but irritatingly not with any consistency ).
I can see a new communication happening soon.

Perhaps, Indy, if said communication does happen & you should happen to find yourself in dialogue with the same lady, you could endeavour to find out just what it is about updating draw sheets that is so time-consuming that the LTA can't manage it until literally hours after play ends for the day!
