Not sure if this has been noticed yet on this thread, but top qualifying seed Greg Jones was moved up into the main draw, so Boggo's FQR opponent will be Mark Verryth (AUS) WR 589
A very impressive win by Bloomers today, with some stunning 1st serve stats. It sounds like Boggo's match was dodgier, but at least he made it through, and from a set down too.

But that's clearly much tighter than one would have expected by Boggo against Britton so does look as if he will need to be stepping things up. At least he's been lucky with the draw and Jones being bumped up into the main draw.
i think cause these courts cause you to S&V pretty much every point the gap between dubs and singles guys is closer, however this would be a huge scalp for ken as a Ram is a previous winner here.
good chance for Boggo as well, but as indy says he'll probably need to do a bit better if we wants to be sure of progressing.

Good luck, boys, both of you deserve to play in the main draw here. On a related note, wasn't it Verryth who served up a crazy number of aces during Wimbledon juniors a few years back? Or maybe it was someone else, not sure.
