6-3 1-0* Niks only won 6 games in the two sets combined last time she played Tsay so this is already an improvement.

That's quite a turnaround in 3 weeks ... and should take Nik to a new CH around 760.

Dianan Ospina made it through as well. As far as I can see she hasnt been ranked since 2008, despite a CH of 231 back in 2003!

Yes, Nik's twitter messages can be very err "interesting".  Often brutally honest about herself and / or her opponents, often quite funny.

Hmmmm. Was kind of hoping for the Canadian WC to be honest

Edit: OOP is out. Nicola is third up on  court three (the courts are 2,3 and 4 for some reason) after 10am local time.   Should be about 6pm BST

Weren't we all! Hsu has had three matches against a Brit this year, all against Emily, including two 3-set matches in May where they shared the spoils, with the winner coming back from a set down in each case.
