 Agreed. Reminds me of when Naomi Broady played a series of 10Ks in the Balkans on clay a few years back - may not be the quickest way to points in the short term, but should hopefully give Eleanor a Plan B as she'll need one on clay (and a plan C etc).

Great win for Eleanor, who was actually 2-5 down in the 1st set as well! (edit: oops, that was already reported above!) But it is top seed Harmsen she will play in the Final - there's a reference in the bit about Eleanor's win below and a report on Harmsen winning her own semi on the tournament site http://www.toptennis.nl/

In the 2nd set, Vinogradova could not get the momentum back [I think there's a 'niet' missing there, so I've assumed it], Eleanor continued to throw in drops shots and won it 6-2, taking the victory, and will be Danielle Harmsen's opponent in the Final."
