Second set in the bag for Jamie & Stakh by 6-2, so lottery time - again...! disbelief

Too many R1 losses over the last 7/8 weeks for Jamie, he's clocking up 0 pointers but really needs to be earnng points ahead of the autumn.

Somehow they've clawed their way back into it:  6-5* in the second - after almost be broken again in the eleventh game!

4-6 4-5 15-40* down and they come back to break serve, into a MTB and win the match. Great stuff!

Yes !     4 - 6   7 - 5   ( 12 - 10 )

They sure are liking these MTBs  wink

Each pair  50  / 76  on service,  26 / 76 on return,  76 / 152 points overall, but only one winner.

Actually still got to score more points than their opponents this week but that ain't the point.

Dmitrov and Seppi next so a good chance to make the final (I hope!)

Especially as they both still have to play their singles today

And here's a bit of a turn-up for the books:

SF:  Grigor Dimitrov & Andreas Seppi (BUL/ITA)* vs (WC) Colin Fleming & Ross Hutchins

*Dimitrov & Seppi took out the top seeds (& fifth best doubles team in the world at the moment), Bops & Qureshi, by 5 & 3 in their QF, so Colin & Ross will have to be on their mettle tomorrow!

Ah, so that's what happened to the top seeds - on the ATP site it shows their R1 match not having been played let alone the R2 match v Dimi & Seppi, with neither of those matches on today's OoP either.

They must surely look on this as a great chance to reach an ATP Final. The semi is actually scheduled for later today, weather permitting, by which time Dimi will have played singles v Tipsy or Kuku as well.
